Why earnings start as pending.

Eligible Influencer commissions are subject to a holding period before becoming available for withdrawal.

The current standard HeyGlobel Influencer commission holding period is 7 days.

This period helps account for situations such as order cancellations, refunds, reversals, duplicated transactions or other eligibility changes.

After the holding period, eligible commission can move from Pending to Available.

Refunds & reversals

What happens if an order is refunded?

Influencer commission is connected to genuine eligible customer purchases.

If a qualifying order is later refunded, reversed, cancelled or otherwise becomes ineligible, the related Influencer commission may also be adjusted or reversed according to the program rules.

Historical earnings information remains available so partners can understand what happened.

Do I need a HeyGlobel account?

Yes. The Influencer program works through your existing HeyGlobel account.

How many coupon codes can I create?

Approved Influencers can currently create up to 5 coupon codes.

Can another Influencer use the same coupon code?

No. Coupon codes must be unique across HeyGlobel.

Does uppercase or lowercase make a coupon different?

No. WELCOME, Welcome and welcome are treated as the same coupon code.

Can I choose my own commission percentage?

No. Eligible commission rates are calculated automatically using the applicable HeyGlobel program rules.

Can I choose the customer's discount?

Eligible customer savings are controlled by the applicable HeyGlobel program rules rather than the normal coupon creation form.

Does my coupon become active immediately?

Not necessarily. New Influencer coupons may require review and activation before customers can use them.

How do I know when someone uses my coupon?

Eligible sales and earnings can be tracked from your Influencer Panel.

Can I use different coupons for different campaigns?

Yes. Approved Influencers can currently maintain up to five coupon codes.

When does commission become available?

Are withdrawals automatic?

No. HeyGlobel currently reviews and processes Influencer withdrawal requests manually.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

Any applicable minimum withdrawal requirement will be shown inside your Influencer Panel before you request a payout.

Can I promote HeyGlobel internationally?

Your audience may be located in different markets. Available products, coupon eligibility, customer savings and commission can vary by destination and plan.

Can I use my own coupon for my own purchases?

Self-referrals and purchases intended primarily to generate your own commission may be restricted under the HeyGlobel Influencer Program rules.
