1. About HeyGlobel
HeyGlobel provides digital eSIM services for international mobile data connectivity. Our services allow customers to purchase eSIM data packages for supported countries, regions, and global destinations.
HeyGlobel may provide eSIM services directly or through third-party telecom, roaming, and eSIM network providers.
2. Eligibility to Use Our Services
By using HeyGlobel, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You have the legal right to purchase and use mobile data services in your location.
The device you use is eSIM-compatible and unlocked.
You will use the service only for lawful purposes.
HeyGlobel is not responsible if your device does not support eSIM, is locked by your carrier, or is restricted from using third-party eSIM services.
3. eSIM Compatibility
Before purchasing an eSIM, you are responsible for confirming that your device:
Supports eSIM technology.
Is not locked to a specific mobile operator.
Supports the network bands and roaming services required in the destination country.
Has a stable internet connection during installation.
Once an eSIM QR code, activation code, or installation link has been issued, it may be considered delivered and may not be eligible for refund except under our Refund Policy.
4. eSIM Purchase and Delivery
After successful payment, HeyGlobel will issue the eSIM details, which may include:
QR code.
SM-DP+ address.
Activation code.
LPA string.
Installation instructions.
Universal installation link where available.
Order tracking link.
eSIM delivery is usually instant, but delays may happen due to payment verification, provider processing delays, technical issues, fraud checks, or network/provider availability.
HeyGlobel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, telecom providers, roaming partners, incorrect customer details, or customer device issues.
5. Guest Checkout
HeyGlobel may allow customers to purchase eSIM services without creating a full account.
For guest checkout, you may be required to provide:
Full name.
Email address.
Payment details.
Destination/package selection.
After payment, a guest order link may be generated to allow you to view your eSIM details, usage status, top-up options, and order information.
You are responsible for keeping your guest order link private and secure. Anyone with access to the link may be able to view your eSIM/order details.
6. Account Registration
Some features may require a HeyGlobel account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You agree not to:
Share your account access with unauthorized users.
Provide false information.
Use another person’s identity.
Attempt to access another customer’s order, eSIM, or account.
HeyGlobel may suspend or restrict accounts if suspicious activity, abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.
7. eSIM Installation
You are responsible for correctly installing the eSIM on your device.
Important installation rules:
Most eSIMs can only be installed once.
Do not delete the eSIM from your device unless instructed.
If you delete an installed eSIM, it may not be recoverable.
Some eSIMs activate immediately after installation, while others activate when connected to a supported network in the destination country.
HeyGlobel is not responsible for loss of service due to incorrect installation, accidental deletion, device reset, unsupported device, carrier lock, or customer error.
8. Activation and Validity
Each eSIM package has a specific validity period, data allowance, and coverage area.
Validity may start:
Immediately after installation.
When the eSIM connects to a supported network.
On purchase date.
As defined by the package or provider.
Package validity cannot usually be paused, delayed, extended, transferred, or restarted once activated.
9. Data Usage
Your eSIM package includes a fixed data allowance, such as 1GB, 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, or other package size.
Data usage is calculated by the network provider. Usage records may not always update instantly and may take time to synchronize.
HeyGlobel is not responsible for data consumed by:
Background apps.
System updates.
Cloud backups.
Video streaming.
Hotspot/tethering.
Messaging apps.
App auto-downloads.
Roaming network behavior.
Customer device settings.
You are responsible for monitoring your data usage and disabling background data if needed.
10. Top-Up Services
Some eSIMs may support top-up services. If available, you may purchase additional data or validity for the same eSIM.
Top-up availability depends on:
Destination country.
Package type.
Provider rules.
eSIM status.
Network/provider support.
HeyGlobel does not guarantee that every eSIM supports top-up.
Once a top-up is purchased and successfully applied or issued, it may not be refundable except under our Refund Policy.
11. Network Coverage and Speed
HeyGlobel works with third-party telecom and roaming partners. Network coverage and speed depend on local operators in the destination country.
Service quality may be affected by:
Location.
Device type.
Network congestion.
Local operator coverage.
Weather or natural events.
Government restrictions.
Maintenance or outages.
Fair usage policies.
HeyGlobel does not guarantee uninterrupted service, maximum speed, 5G availability, or coverage in every area.
Where multiple networks are supported, your device may automatically connect to the strongest available partner network, or you may manually select a network if instructed.
12. Calls, SMS, and WhatsApp
Most HeyGlobel eSIM packages are data-only unless clearly stated otherwise.
Data-only eSIMs do not include traditional mobile voice calls or SMS. However, internet-based apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram, Messenger, Zoom, and similar services may work through mobile data, subject to the rules and restrictions of the destination country.
HeyGlobel does not guarantee that any specific app, VoIP service, or messaging service will work in every country.
13. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information during purchase.
Check eSIM compatibility before buying.
Follow installation instructions carefully.
Use the eSIM only for lawful purposes.
Keep your QR code, activation code, account, and guest link secure.
Avoid sharing, reselling, copying, or misusing eSIM details.
Contact support promptly if you face any issue.
You must not use HeyGlobel services for fraud, spam, hacking, illegal activity, abuse, network attacks, unauthorized commercial reselling, or activities that violate telecom laws.
14. Prohibited Use
You may not use HeyGlobel services to:
Commit illegal activity.
Send spam or abusive content.
Violate telecom regulations.
Interfere with networks or systems.
Use automated systems to abuse the service.
Resell services without written permission.
Attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, or misuse eSIM profiles.
Use stolen payment methods.
Misrepresent your identity.
HeyGlobel reserves the right to suspend or terminate service without refund if prohibited use is detected.
15. Payments
All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by country, package, currency, promotion, or provider cost.
By completing payment, you authorize HeyGlobel or its payment processors to charge the selected payment method.
Payment methods may include debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, or other supported methods.
HeyGlobel is not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank, card provider, currency exchange provider, or payment processor.
16. Currency and Pricing
Prices may be shown in USD or other supported currencies. Currency conversion may vary depending on your payment method, bank, or card provider.

Confirmed purchases will usually remain based on the price displayed at checkout.
17. Refunds

Once an eSIM is installed, activated, used, or marked as “in use,” it is usually not refundable.
If an eSIM has not been installed, activated, or used, refund eligibility may depend on the issue and provider status.

18. Cancellations
Because eSIMs are digital products delivered electronically, orders cannot always be cancelled after payment.

HeyGlobel is not liable for service issues caused by:
Unsupported or locked devices.

Device reset.

No coverage in a specific area.
Provider outage.
Customer misuse.
Government restrictions.
App-specific blocking.
Expired packages.
Fully consumed data.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee a solution in every case.
21. Third-Party Providers
HeyGlobel may use third-party providers, telecom operators, roaming networks, payment processors, fraud prevention systems, and technology partners.
By using our services, you understand that some parts of the service depend on third parties.
HeyGlobel is not responsible for third-party failures, outages, delays, policy changes, or network limitations beyond our reasonable control.
22. Promotions and Discounts

Discounts cannot usually be applied after purchase.

Sharing QR codes.

If you believe your account or order link has been compromised, contact support immediately.
26. Suspension or Termination
HeyGlobel may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services if:

Fraud is suspected.
Payment is reversed or disputed.
Service abuse is detected.
Required verification is not completed.
Illegal activity is suspected.
Network/provider restrictions require suspension.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting HeyGlobel support first, we may suspend your account, eSIM, future purchases, or order access until the dispute is resolved.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account restriction and legal recovery of costs where applicable.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyGlobel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, travel disruption, lost profits, loss of data, missed communications, or inability to access internet services.
HeyGlobel’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected eSIM package.
29. No Guarantee of Continuous Service
Although we aim to provide reliable service, HeyGlobel does not guarantee that services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or network.
Temporary disruptions may happen due to provider issues, maintenance, local network conditions, or events beyond our control.
30. Force Majeure
HeyGlobel is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, telecom outages, cyberattacks, power failures, payment processor issues, strikes, or major technical failures.

HeyGlobel may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
By continuing to use HeyGlobel after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
32. Governing Law
