HeyGlobel Terms of Service
Last Updated: 15 July 2026
1. About HeyGlobel
HeyGlobel provides digital eSIM services for international and domestic mobile data connectivity. Customers may purchase eSIM packages for supported countries, regions, and global destinations through our website or mobile applications.
HeyGlobel may provide services directly or through third-party eSIM providers, telecommunications operators, roaming partners, payment processors, cloud service providers, identity providers, fraud-prevention providers, customer-support platforms, and other technology partners.
The availability, features, coverage, activation rules, validity periods, supported networks, speeds, top-up options, and technical requirements of an eSIM may vary depending on the package and third-party provider.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to independently create an account, purchase an eSIM, submit payment information, or enter into a legally binding agreement with HeyGlobel.
A person under 18 may use HeyGlobel only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the person’s use of the service.
By using HeyGlobel, you represent that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms, purchase and use mobile data services, and comply with the laws applicable in your location and travel destination.
You may not use HeyGlobel if applicable law, sanctions, trade restrictions, telecommunications regulations, or another legal restriction prohibits you from receiving or using the service.
3. Device and eSIM Compatibility
Before purchasing an eSIM, you are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM technology, is carrier-unlocked, supports the required network bands, can use roaming where required, and is compatible with the selected package and destination.
Some devices manufactured for particular countries, carriers, or regions may not support eSIM even when a similar device model supports eSIM elsewhere.
You are responsible for checking the device manufacturer’s settings, carrier-lock status, eSIM capability, and destination compatibility before purchasing.
HeyGlobel is not responsible when an eSIM cannot be installed or used because a device is incompatible, carrier-locked, region-restricted, modified, rooted, jailbroken, damaged, incorrectly configured, or unable to connect to a supported network.
4. Mobile Application Licence
The HeyGlobel mobile application is licensed to you and is not sold to you.
Subject to these Terms, HeyGlobel grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to install and use the application on devices that you own or control, solely for personal or authorised business use of HeyGlobel services.
You may use the iOS application on Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Apple Media Services Usage Rules, including any permitted Family Sharing or volume-purchase arrangements.
You may use the Android application on compatible Android devices that you own or control, subject to Google Play rules and any applicable device or account restrictions.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, bypass security controls in, or create derivative works from the application, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms remain reserved by HeyGlobel and its licensors.
5. Application Updates
HeyGlobel may release optional or mandatory application updates to provide new features, security improvements, compatibility changes, legal changes, bug fixes, or service improvements.
An optional update may be postponed where the application allows postponement.
A mandatory update may prevent continued access to the application until the latest supported version is installed. This may be necessary where an older version is insecure, incompatible, defective, unsupported, or unable to comply with legal or provider requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining a supported operating system, sufficient storage, and a working internet connection for application updates.
HeyGlobel does not guarantee that every older device or operating-system version will remain supported indefinitely.
6. Account Registration
Certain HeyGlobel features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
You may be asked to provide information such as your name, username, email address, mobile number, country, password, profile photograph, and other profile details.
You must not create an account using another person’s identity, misleading information, an unauthorised email address, an impersonating username, or information that infringes another person’s rights.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password, email account, social-login account, verification codes, recovery codes, mobile device, and any other method used to access your HeyGlobel account.
You must promptly notify HeyGlobel if you believe that your account has been accessed without permission.
7. Email, Google, and Apple Sign-In
HeyGlobel may allow you to sign in using an email address and password, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or another supported authentication method.
When you use Google or Apple sign-in, the relevant identity provider authenticates your identity and may provide HeyGlobel with limited account information, such as your name, verified email address, provider account identifier, or private relay email address.
Where a verified social-login email exactly matches an existing HeyGlobel account, HeyGlobel may securely link the social identity to that existing account instead of creating a duplicate account.
HeyGlobel will not automatically merge accounts where the provider identity is already linked to another account, where the email cannot be verified, or where the supplied email does not safely identify the same account owner.
When Apple’s Hide My Email feature is used, the private relay address may be different from the email address on an existing HeyGlobel account. HeyGlobel may require additional verification before linking or recovering such an account.
Your use of Google or Apple authentication is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant provider.
8. Account Verification and Profile Completion
HeyGlobel may require you to verify your email address, mobile number, identity, device, payment method, or other account information before providing access to certain features.
New or incomplete accounts may be required to complete a profile before accessing the full service.
HeyGlobel may restrict or suspend an account when required verification is incomplete, inaccurate, expired, suspicious, or inconsistent with the information provided.
9. Guest Checkout
HeyGlobel may allow customers to purchase an eSIM without creating a full account.
Guest checkout may require your name, email address, payment details, destination selection, and package selection.
After payment, HeyGlobel may provide a private guest-order link through which you can view eSIM details, installation instructions, usage information, top-up options, and order information.
You are responsible for keeping the guest-order link private. A person with access to the link may be able to view or use information associated with the order.
HeyGlobel is not responsible for unauthorised access caused by your sharing, publishing, forwarding, or failing to protect a guest-order link.
10. eSIM Purchase and Delivery
After successful payment and any required verification, HeyGlobel may issue eSIM information that includes a QR code, SM-DP+ address, activation code, LPA string, universal installation link, installation instructions, ICCID, or order-tracking link.
Delivery is normally electronic. Delivery is considered completed when the eSIM information or installation access is made available through your account, guest-order page, email, application, or another method selected during checkout.
Although delivery is often immediate, delays may occur because of payment verification, provider processing, fraud checks, system maintenance, telecommunications availability, incorrect customer information, network failures, or events outside HeyGlobel’s reasonable control.
11. eSIM Installation
You are responsible for following the installation instructions provided for your device and package.
Most eSIM profiles can be installed only once. You must not delete, remove, transfer, reset, or reinstall an eSIM unless the applicable instructions or HeyGlobel support specifically confirms that doing so is safe.
An eSIM that has been deleted from a device may not be recoverable or installable again.
You should install an eSIM while connected to a stable internet connection and should retain access to the installation instructions until activation is confirmed.
HeyGlobel is not responsible for loss of service caused by incorrect installation, accidental deletion, device reset, unsupported transfer, device replacement, operating-system modification, carrier lock, or other customer-controlled action.
12. Activation and Validity
Each package has its own activation event, validity period, data allowance, destination coverage, and provider conditions.
Validity may begin at purchase, issuance, installation, first connection to a supported network, first data session, or another event described in the package information.
You must review the package details before purchase and should not install an eSIM earlier than recommended.
Once validity begins, it generally cannot be paused, restarted, transferred, extended, or delayed unless the package expressly supports that feature.
Time-zone differences, provider processing times, and delayed usage synchronisation may affect the dates or times displayed in the application or website.
13. Data Allowance and Usage
Each package includes the data allowance displayed at checkout, such as 1 GB, 3 GB, 5 GB, 10 GB, or another stated amount.
Usage is measured by the underlying network or eSIM provider. Provider usage records are authoritative where there is a reasonable difference between device estimates and provider records.
Usage information may not update instantly and may be delayed because of network reporting, roaming reconciliation, provider synchronisation, or temporary technical issues.
Data may be consumed by background applications, system updates, cloud backups, photo synchronisation, streaming, hotspot use, automatic downloads, messaging applications, maps, roaming services, or other device functions.
You are responsible for monitoring usage and configuring background data, updates, backups, hotspot access, and application permissions as necessary.
14. Fair Usage and Data Management
Certain unlimited, high-data, regional, or promotional packages may be subject to fair-usage rules, daily high-speed allowances, reduced speeds, network-management limits, or provider restrictions.
Where a package uses incremental data allocation, pooled data, automatic top-up allocation, or staged activation, HeyGlobel may provision data in portions while preserving the total purchased allowance, subject to provider availability and package rules.
Temporary provisioning delays do not increase the purchased allowance or extend validity unless HeyGlobel expressly confirms otherwise.
15. Top-Up Services
Some eSIMs support additional data or validity through top-up purchases.
Top-up availability depends on the eSIM provider, package type, destination, eSIM status, remaining validity, provider lifecycle, supported network, and technical eligibility.
HeyGlobel does not guarantee that every eSIM can be topped up.
A top-up may fail when the eSIM has expired, has reached a provider restriction, is no longer supported, or is outside its permitted top-up period.
Once a top-up has been successfully issued, applied, or consumed, it is generally non-refundable except where the Refund Policy or applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
16. Network Coverage and Speed
HeyGlobel relies on third-party mobile operators and roaming networks. Coverage, signal strength, technology, latency, and speed depend on the local operator and conditions at your location.
Service may be affected by buildings, geography, tunnels, remote areas, network congestion, weather, maintenance, outages, device capability, frequency-band support, government restrictions, provider policies, or fair-usage controls.
HeyGlobel does not guarantee continuous service, maximum speed, 5G access, indoor coverage, hotspot capability, low latency, or availability in every part of a destination.
Where multiple partner networks are available, your device may select a network automatically or you may need to select a network manually according to the supplied instructions.
17. Data-Only Services, Calls, and SMS
Most HeyGlobel packages are data-only unless the package description expressly states that traditional mobile voice or SMS services are included.
Data-only packages do not provide a traditional telephone number for standard calls or SMS unless expressly stated.
Internet-based communication applications such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram, Messenger, Zoom, and similar services may operate through mobile data, subject to the application provider’s terms and destination-country restrictions.
HeyGlobel does not guarantee that any particular VoIP, messaging, calling, video, social-media, or internet service will work in every country or on every network.
18. Prices, Currency, and Taxes
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary according to package, destination, provider cost, currency, promotion, payment method, or market conditions.
Prices may be displayed in United States dollars or another supported currency.
Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, payment processor, or currency-conversion provider may apply exchange rates, foreign-transaction fees, taxes, or other charges that are outside HeyGlobel’s control.
Unless stated otherwise, any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges will be included or displayed during checkout where required.
HeyGlobel may change future prices, packages, promotions, and availability at any time. A completed purchase will normally remain governed by the price confirmed at checkout.
19. Payments
By submitting an order, you authorise HeyGlobel and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the displayed total.
Supported payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, digital wallets, bank-supported payment methods, or other methods displayed during checkout.
Payment availability varies by country, currency, platform, payment provider, and transaction risk.
HeyGlobel may refuse, delay, cancel, or require additional verification for a payment that appears unauthorised, fraudulent, duplicated, disputed, high-risk, inconsistent, or prohibited.
HeyGlobel does not store complete payment-card details where payment is processed directly by an authorised payment provider.
20. Apple App Store and Google Play Purchases
Where a purchase is processed by Apple, Google, or another application marketplace, the marketplace’s payment, refund, billing, subscription, and cancellation rules may also apply.
Where a transaction is processed directly by HeyGlobel or an external payment provider, the transaction is governed by these Terms and the HeyGlobel Refund Policy.
Apple and Google are distributors of the application and are not the provider of HeyGlobel eSIM connectivity, network coverage, installation support, top-ups, or customer accounts.
21. Promotions, Discounts, and Referrals
HeyGlobel may offer discount codes, referral credits, promotional packages, introductory prices, or limited-time offers.
Promotions may have eligibility requirements, expiry dates, usage limits, destination restrictions, account restrictions, or separate terms.
Discounts generally cannot be applied after a purchase has been completed and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
HeyGlobel may cancel or reverse promotional benefits obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, automation, misrepresentation, chargebacks, self-referral, or other abuse.
22. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the HeyGlobel Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
An eSIM that has been installed, activated, used, downloaded, revealed, issued for immediate use, topped up, or consumed is generally not refundable unless the service is defective and the Refund Policy or applicable law provides a remedy.
Where an eSIM has not been installed, activated, or used, eligibility may depend on provider status, order age, technical feasibility, fraud checks, and the circumstances of the request.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the bank, card issuer, wallet, application marketplace, and payment provider.
23. Cancellations
Because eSIMs are digital products that may be issued immediately, an order may not be cancellable after payment or delivery.
You should contact HeyGlobel support promptly if you believe an order was placed incorrectly.
Cancellation is not guaranteed once an eSIM has been issued, viewed, installed, activated, topped up, or made available for immediate use.
24. Customer Support
HeyGlobel may provide support through email, website contact forms, in-app support, WhatsApp, live chat, or other published channels.
Support may assist with installation, activation, network selection, APN settings, order tracking, account access, top-up guidance, and basic troubleshooting.
To investigate an issue, HeyGlobel may request your order number, account email, device model, destination, screenshots, error messages, ICCID, network status, installation status, or other relevant technical information.
You must not provide passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or unrelated private information to support personnel.
Failure to provide information reasonably necessary to diagnose an issue may delay or prevent resolution.
25. Community Features
HeyGlobel may provide Community features through which registered users can publish travel stories, text, photographs, videos, reels, comments, replies, reactions, profile information, links, and other content.
Community content may be publicly visible to other users and, depending on the feature, may also be visible outside the application.
You are responsible for all content published through your account and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to publish it.
Your use of Community features is also governed by the HeyGlobel Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms.
26. User Content Licence
You retain ownership of intellectual-property rights that you hold in content you submit to HeyGlobel.
By uploading, posting, sending, or otherwise making content available through HeyGlobel, you grant HeyGlobel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formatting, display, communicate, distribute, and make the content available as necessary to operate, secure, moderate, promote, and improve HeyGlobel.
This licence is limited to operating and promoting HeyGlobel and does not transfer ownership of your content to HeyGlobel.
The licence continues for as long as the content remains available through HeyGlobel and for a reasonable backup, legal, security, moderation, or dispute-resolution period after deletion.
27. Community Content Rules
You must not publish content that is illegal, sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative, threatening, violent, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, bullying, fraudulent, misleading, invasive of privacy, or harmful to children.
You must not publish intimate images without consent, sexual content involving minors, grooming content, trafficking content, extremist recruitment material, instructions for serious wrongdoing, graphic violence, or content encouraging self-harm.
You must not impersonate another person, falsely claim to represent HeyGlobel, create deceptive accounts, manipulate reactions, post spam, conduct scams, publish malware, distribute stolen information, or request unauthorised payments.
You must not publish another person’s private information, including identification documents, private addresses, telephone numbers, payment information, private communications, or live location, without lawful authority and consent.
You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
28. Community Moderation
HeyGlobel may use automated systems, human review, user reports, provider tools, and other moderation methods to detect and address prohibited content and behaviour.
HeyGlobel may review, restrict, hide, reject, remove, disable, preserve, or report content where we reasonably believe that it violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable law, platform rules, or user safety requirements.
HeyGlobel may issue warnings, limit features, remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or prevent future registration.
Moderation decisions may be made before or after content becomes visible.
HeyGlobel is not required to publish content and does not guarantee that Community content will remain available.
29. Reporting and Blocking
Community users may be provided with tools to report posts, comments, profiles, or other content and to block other users.
You must use reporting tools honestly and must not submit false, retaliatory, automated, abusive, or misleading reports.
Blocking may limit interaction or visibility between accounts but may not remove all historical content, shared comments, legal records, support records, or content visible through other users.
HeyGlobel may investigate reports and take action where appropriate, but we may not disclose confidential moderation, security, or account information to the reporting person.
Urgent threats, child-safety concerns, or suspected criminal activity should also be reported to the appropriate local authorities.
30. Community Safety and Travel Information
Community posts reflect the views and experiences of individual users and are not necessarily verified, endorsed, or approved by HeyGlobel.
Travel recommendations, visa information, network advice, health information, safety information, prices, opening hours, and destination conditions may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or affected by changing circumstances.
You should independently verify important travel, immigration, health, legal, financial, safety, and emergency information with qualified or official sources before relying on Community content.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users and should not send money, share sensitive documents, disclose private travel details, or meet another user without appropriate precautions.
31. Prohibited Use of HeyGlobel Services
You must not use HeyGlobel for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, hacking, phishing, network attacks, unauthorised access, malicious automation, identity theft, payment abuse, sanctions evasion, trafficking, exploitation, or infringement of another person’s rights.
You must not resell, distribute, copy, share, transfer, or commercially exploit an eSIM, activation credential, guest-order link, account, promotion, or service without written authorisation from HeyGlobel.
You must not interfere with the website, application, APIs, payment systems, provider systems, network infrastructure, security controls, rate limits, or service availability.
You must not use bots, scripts, crawlers, scraping tools, reverse engineering, credential testing, or automated methods to access or abuse HeyGlobel except where expressly authorised in writing.
32. Permissions and Device Features
The HeyGlobel application may request access to device features such as photos, camera, notifications, network information, or location when required for a feature you choose to use.
Photo or camera access may be used to upload a profile image, Community content, screenshots, or support information.
Location access may be used only where disclosed, such as helping support diagnose regional connectivity problems or providing a location-dependent feature that you choose to use.
You may refuse optional permissions through your device settings. Refusing a permission may prevent the related feature from functioning.
HeyGlobel does not require continuous background location tracking for ordinary eSIM purchasing or usage.
33. Push Notifications and Communications
HeyGlobel may send transactional communications concerning verification, security, purchases, eSIM activation, usage, expiry, top-ups, support, account changes, Community activity, and application updates.
With any consent required by law, HeyGlobel may also send promotional communications concerning destinations, packages, discounts, or service announcements.
You can manage push-notification permissions through your device settings and marketing preferences through available account controls or unsubscribe methods.
Disabling notifications does not prevent HeyGlobel from sending essential security, transaction, legal, or service communications where permitted.
34. Third-Party Services and External Links
HeyGlobel may contain links to third-party websites, application stores, maps, social platforms, payment services, telecommunications providers, travel resources, or other external services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and content rules.
HeyGlobel does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, security, availability, products, content, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of an external service is at your own risk and may require acceptance of additional terms.
35. Intellectual Property
The HeyGlobel name, application, website, logos, branding, designs, software, interfaces, databases, text, graphics, icons, code, and other materials are owned by or licensed to HeyGlobel.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, modify, sell, distribute, imitate, scrape, or commercially exploit HeyGlobel intellectual property without written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of HeyGlobel software, branding, systems, provider relationships, or confidential information.
36. Copyright Complaints
If you believe Community content or other material available through HeyGlobel infringes your intellectual-property rights, you may contact support@heyglobel.com with sufficient information to identify the work, identify the allegedly infringing material, explain your rights, and provide your contact details.
HeyGlobel may remove or restrict disputed material while investigating a complaint.
A person submitting a complaint must provide accurate information and must not knowingly submit a false or misleading infringement claim.
37. Privacy
Your use of HeyGlobel is governed by the HeyGlobel Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, purposes of processing, service providers, international transfers, retention, security, account deletion, permissions, and user rights.
HeyGlobel does not sell customer personal data.
You should review the Privacy Policy at https://heyglobel.com/privacy-policy.
38. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your HeyGlobel account through the deletion option available in the mobile application, normally under Account or Settings, or through a deletion method published on the HeyGlobel website.
You may also contact support@heyglobel.com for assistance with an account-deletion request.
Deleting an account may permanently remove access to profile information, login credentials, Community content, saved items, account preferences, and other associated data.
Before requesting deletion, you should save any eSIM details, invoices, order records, installation information, or other information you may need later.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel, reverse, or refund a completed eSIM purchase, active package, top-up, chargeback, dispute, or other transaction.
HeyGlobel may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, chargeback handling, enforcement, or protection of users and third parties.
Content previously shared publicly may remain temporarily in backups, quotations, reports, moderation records, or content posted by other users.
39. Suspension and Termination
HeyGlobel may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account, order, eSIM, Community feature, guest link, or service where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct, payment reversal, security risk, legal violation, provider restriction, sanctions issue, or violation of these Terms.
Where appropriate, HeyGlobel may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent harm, fraud, illegal conduct, network abuse, or security risk.
Serious violations may result in termination without refund where the service has already been issued, used, consumed, or obtained through prohibited conduct.
You may stop using HeyGlobel at any time. Provisions relating to payments, intellectual property, liability, disputes, user content, enforcement, and retained records may survive termination.
40. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You should contact HeyGlobel support before initiating a chargeback where you believe a transaction or service is incorrect.
HeyGlobel may suspend an account, eSIM, top-up, guest-order link, or future purchase while a payment dispute is investigated.
Submitting false information, using a service and later claiming it was not received, or initiating a fraudulent chargeback may result in permanent restriction and recovery of reasonable costs where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising lawful payment or consumer-protection rights.
41. Service Availability
HeyGlobel services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, provider outages, network failures, software defects, security incidents, demand, governmental restrictions, internet failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
HeyGlobel may change, suspend, discontinue, replace, or limit a package, destination, feature, Community function, provider, application version, or service where reasonably necessary.
Where a paid service is materially affected, any available remedy will be determined according to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
42. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyGlobel provides the application, website, Community, and services without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, universal compatibility, uninterrupted connectivity, particular speeds, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
43. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyGlobel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, missed communications, lost opportunities, travel disruption, loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on Community content.
HeyGlobel is not liable for losses caused by an unsupported device, carrier lock, eSIM deletion, device reset, customer configuration, consumed data, expired validity, provider outage, local network conditions, government restriction, third-party service, or event outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyGlobel’s aggregate liability relating to a particular eSIM order will not exceed the amount paid to HeyGlobel for the affected order.
44. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, costs, and liabilities reasonably arising from your unlawful use of HeyGlobel, your infringement of another person’s rights, your Community content, your fraud, or your material breach of these Terms.
This section does not require a consumer to indemnify HeyGlobel for HeyGlobel’s own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of mandatory legal obligations.
45. Force Majeure
HeyGlobel is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, sanctions, telecommunications outages, roaming failures, cyberattacks, internet failures, payment-system failures, power outages, strikes, epidemics, provider failures, or major technical incidents.
46. Export and Sanctions Compliance
You may not download, access, export, re-export, transfer, or use the application or service in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, telecommunications, or trade laws.
You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the application or services under applicable sanctions or restricted-party rules.
You must not use HeyGlobel for the development, production, or facilitation of prohibited weapons, unlawful surveillance, cyberattacks, terrorism, or another restricted purpose.
47. Apple-Specific Terms
For users who download the HeyGlobel application from Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and HeyGlobel, not Apple.
HeyGlobel, and not Apple, is responsible for the HeyGlobel application, its services, maintenance, support, warranties, and any claims relating to the application, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the HeyGlobel application.
If the iOS application fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the application, if any, as required by Apple’s applicable rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation concerning the application.
HeyGlobel, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, privacy, or intellectual-property infringement concerning the application.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the iOS application, including wireless-data and Apple Media Services terms.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to the iOS application. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple may enforce the relevant provisions against you as a third-party beneficiary.
48. Google Play-Specific Terms
For users who obtain the Android application through Google Play, these Terms are between you and HeyGlobel, not Google.
HeyGlobel, and not Google, is responsible for the application, eSIM services, accounts, Community features, support, and claims arising from the application.
Your use of Google Play and related Google services is subject to Google’s applicable terms.
Google is not responsible for providing telecommunications connectivity, eSIM activation, top-ups, refunds processed outside Google Play, or HeyGlobel customer support.
49. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you and HeyGlobel should make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute through HeyGlobel support.
Where legally permitted, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using a court, regulator, payment-dispute process, or consumer-protection procedure that applicable law entitles the consumer to use.
50. Changes to These Terms
HeyGlobel may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, services, providers, application features, Community functions, payment methods, security requirements, or business practices.
Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where a change materially affects your rights, HeyGlobel may provide additional notice through the application, website, account, or email where reasonably required.
Your continued use of HeyGlobel after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
51. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
An invalid provision will be interpreted or limited as closely as legally possible to its original purpose.
52. No Waiver
HeyGlobel’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
53. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without HeyGlobel’s written consent.
HeyGlobel may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, restructuring, financing, acquisition, sale of business, transfer of services, or change of operator, subject to applicable law and privacy obligations.
54. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, package information, checkout disclosures, and any additional terms expressly presented for a service, form the agreement between you and HeyGlobel.
If a specific package disclosure conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, the specific package disclosure will apply to that package, except where prohibited by law.
55. Contact Us
